APPOINTMENTS
Because your time is as valuable as ours, we try and see non-urgent care patients on an appointment basis.  Please either call the office to schedule and appointment or leave us a message under Request an Appointment  link at the top of this page. (You must create an online account before doing so.)

**We gladly accept walk-ins and urgent care patients on a priority basis.  If you have an urgent medical problem and either our triage staff or you feel that you need to be seen we guarantee that we will do everything to have you seen on the day you call or drop-in.

If you are already an established patient we would appreciate you taking the time to update your address and billing information on-line before your appointment.  (See Update Account or Create an Account links above)

CANCELING APPOINTMENTS

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us.  This simple courtesy will permit time for others to be seen and will avoid your being charged for a no-show appointment.

Red Hook Family Practice:
Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

Yacht Haven Family Practice: Monday through Friday - 8am to 5pm

Cruz Bay Family Practice: Monday through Friday - 7:30 to 10am, after 4:30pm daily for urgent care

AFTER HOURS/ CONCIERGE MEDICINE / 24 HOUR COVERAGE
We are available at both locations for after hours medical care and phone consultation for all your health care needs. We offer hotel, home, rental villa and after hours office visits.  A health care provider is on call 24/7 - 365 days a year including holidays.  To schedule an after hours or concierge medical consultation please call 1 (888) 391-3993 or any of our office phone numbers for instructions on how to reach the on-call provider.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
We generally would prefer you to refill your prescriptions at the time of your doctor's visit.  Please bring a list or a bag containing ALL the medications you are currently taking with you to your doctor's visit. 

If you need refills either before, after, or in-between visits you can use our on-line
Prescription Renewal link above (preferred) or call our office. Please allow ample time to process your request. 

Starting January 1st, 2007 there will be a minimal prescription renewal processing fee for all on-line and telephone prescription renewals.

BILLING AND INSURANCE INFORMATION
Unless we participate with a particular insurance carrier, medical services that are provided are expected to be paid for at the time of service.  By upholding your responsibility for paying for services, we can hold the costs down and spend more time on medical care and not trying to collect debts due to us.  We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards as appropriate forms of payment. 

Insurance payments vary with the type of policy and insurance carrier.  Check with your carrier if you have questions regarding your coverage.  However, the charges resulting from the delivery of medical care are your responsibility.  As a service to you, insurance claims will be filed for you (if needed).  However, your medical bill is ultimately your responsibility.  If you are having problems paying your bill, tell us so we can assist you.
