Dr. Carolyn Jones was born, raised and educated in Canada, and entered the medical profession over 20 years ago as a registered nurse. She went on to study chemistry and completed her Medical Degree in 1994, followed by a Family Medicine Residency at Memorial University in Canada.
Dr. Jones relocated to Connecticut in 1997, joined a private Family Medicine practice and became an Associate Professor in Medicine at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Jones' love of sailing and dreams of island living brought her to St. Thomas in 2003 when she joined Red Hook Family Practice.
Dr. Jones is American Board Certified in Family Medicine and has taken additional post-graduate training in Dermatology.
