Kristin Schiller, PA-C

Physician Assistant
Practitioner Specialities

Originally from Cape Cod Massachusetts, PA Kristin Schiller received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kristin returned to school to receive her Masters of Science in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and completed a dietetic internship through the University of Northern Colorado.

Kristin lived with her husband in Vail, Colorado where she worked as a clinical dietitian at the Vail Health hospital. In this role Kristin provided medical nutrition therapy to hospitalized patients and nutrition counseling to outpatient clients. While living in the mountains of Colorado, Kristin was an avid hiker, mountain biker and snowboarder.

Kristin’s desire to be more involved in all aspects of patient care prompted her to return to school to become a physician assistant. Kristin completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston Massachusetts. Upon graduation she joined her husband on the beautiful island of St John and happily traded in her snowboard for fins and a snorkel.

Kristin joined our practice in 2015 where she saw patients of all ages for primary and urgent care needs. Unfortunately, Kristin was forced to temporarily relocate back to Colorado in November 2017. While back in Colorado she worked at The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute, a world renowned orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. While she saw a wide range of orthopedic concerns, evaluating and treating chronic neck and back pain was her primary focus. Working alongside experts in the field of orthopedics and sports medicine, Kristin greatly expanded her knowledge base and she is excited to bring her new skills back to the islands to better serve our patients.

Kristin is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She will be seeing patients on St Thomas and St John
