Red Hook Family Practice offers Accredited Drug Testing for individuals requiring the tests for work. We are a registered Medical Review Officer (MRO) site.

Urine drug screening for pre-employment random testing and post accident, Coast Guard including captain licenses; self referrals.

Bring Valid photo ID or Passport along with the chain of custody form from the employer if applicable.

Testing is done at Red Hook Family Practice only. 

Monday – Thursday 9am-11.30am; 1pm-4pm

Fridays 8.00am-9.00am due to courier specimen collection at 10am
