Prescription Request Process


Dear Patient,

In order to request a prescription item, you will need to follow the below process. 

Please allow at least 3 clear working days (72 hours) prior to your medication running out, for us to process your prescription. As an example, requests submitted on a Monday will not be available until Thursday.

Please also remember, that it is your responsibility to ensure that you order your medication in good time.


Prescription Refills can be ordered in the following ways:


  • via Practice Website – you can complete the form below                                                                            .

  • through our Patient Portal if registered

  • through your nominated pharmacy

  • Bring the written request into one of our practices.                    

Acute (Non-Repeat) prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

  • Telemedicine Visit – if not recently issued (in the last 12 months)

  • Book and appointment with one of our providers
