Prescription Request Process
Dear Patient,

In order to request a prescription item, you will need to access your patient portal at https://mycw225.ecwcloud.com/portal27010/jsp/login.jsp
For prescription refills go under messages on the left side of your portal and fill out a refill prescription form there.

Please allow at least 3 clear working days (72 hours) prior to your medication running out, for us to process your prescription. As an example, requests submitted on a Monday will not be available until Thursday. The 72 hour processing time is not applicable for Control medications as these need to be reviewed by a provider as per the patient contract agreement.

Please also remember, that it is your responsibility to ensure that you order your medication in good time.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

via Practice Website – once your repeat medication is set up in our clinical system,
you can complete the form by going to the Patient Portal link.​

directly through our Patient Portal if registered

through your nominated pharmacy

Bring the request in or post to the practice
Acute (Non-Repeat) prescriptions can be ordered in the following ways:

Telemedicine Visit – if not recently issued (in the last 12 months)
Please note: Acute prescription requests will not be accepted through any Pharmacy.
