UPDATED OFFICE PROTOCOL

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.

 

Due to COVID-19, Red Hook Family Practice PC is maximizing safety measures to protect our patients and staff. Your safety is our priority. Please be sure to wear a mask whilst in our facilities. 

 

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our screening process and any relevant paperwork.

 

For those patients vaccinated we request you bring your vaccination card to your appointment.

 

Any patient who has symptoms of COVID 19 (vaccinated or not) we may need to administer a COVID Antigen test prior to being seen by our Providers. Or we can change the appointment to a Telemedicine appointment with our Providers.

 

COVID-19 tests administered during a visit are covered by the majority of insurance companies (except Medicare). For patients who are self paying or for those insurers who do not cover the test there is a $50 charge for the COVID test if it is required to see the Provider.

 

We wish to protect our patients and staff to allow us to continue caring for our community. We thank you for your support and cooperation.
