We are proud to offer a weight loss program designed to fit a variety of
budgets and treatment goals.
We Currently Offer 3 Options:
Option 1: Self-Pay Program
Your initial visit will be with a nurse for laboratory testing. At your follow-up appointment, about a week later, your lab results will be reviewed to help determine which medication option is best for you. Medication options may include Semaglutide or Tirzepatide.
Initial Nurse Visit Cost: $350
• $250 follow-up visit
• $100 laboratory fees
Estimated Monthly Medication Costs: • $240–$625 depending on medication and dosage
Patients will return monthly to monitor progress and treatment response.
Monthly Follow-Up Visit Cost: $150
(Does not include medication cost.)
Option 2: Insurance Visits + Self-Pay Medication
Patients may use their insurance for office visits while obtaining medication through Walgreens using the GoodRx program as self-pay.
Current GoodRx pricing includes:
• Wegovy:
• $199/month for the first 2 months
• Then approximately $349–$399/month depending on dosage
• Ozempic:
• $199/month for the first 2 months
• Then approximately $349–$499/month depending on dosage
• Daily Wegovy Pill:
• Starting at $149/month
• Highest dose approximately $199/month

Option 3: Insurance Coverage Program
This option is processed entirely through insurance coverage. To qualify, patients must have documented diagnoses such as:
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• COPD
• Sleep Apnea
Coverage and eligibility requirements vary by insurance provider.
