Good day,

We are writing to inform you about our weight management medication issues. Due to an FDA ruling compounding pharmacies are severely limited in the production of Tirzepatide and Semaglutide.

Our supplier has assured us that we will be able to continue to get medication; however, shipping has been an issue. We are currently waiting on a shipment for an order that was placed at the beginning of April and has not shipped yet.

Several of you have prepaid for medication and those orders will be filled. If you want medication before that, we are happy to write you a prescription for your medication that you can take to any pharmacy.  If you want a credit on your account or a refund for medication already paid for which you have yet to receive we are happy to provide those as well and will advise our billing department who will update your account accordingly. Refund checks will be sent in the mail with an expected turnaround of 5-7 days.

We are monitoring and checking daily on this issue as well as looking for other providers for these medications.  We appreciate  your patience as we navigate this situation.
